Can I ask for the shoe designs that are already sold out?
There will be NO remakes of shoe designs that reach a production of 5 shoes. If any of the designs that are being placed under the sold out section but it has not be reproduced up to 5 times yet, you could try your luck. Contact us by filling up this Form, or mail us at darknessreveal@yahoo.com.sg
Do you provide customization service for shoes?
No. we are sorry to say this but we will not specially custom made anything. But, you can send us a brief idea of what you want and we will get back to you if we have something similar! Click Here to send us your ideas!
Do you do designs with cartoon characters(eg. Mickey, Elmo etc.)?
No. We do not draw any cartoon characters because of copyright reasons. If we have any cartoon designs, they are most probably for display purpose only.
Can I change what I have bought? It's brand New.
No. Once sold, it is neither exchangeable nor refundable.
Are the paints on your designs waterproof?
Yes. We uses paints, markers etc that are waterproof. But please rub on it softly when cleaning.
How to clean painted shoes?
It's easy. Get a piece of damp cloth and gently wipe the surface of the shoe. Please avoid violent rubbing of the shoe surface. Although our shoes are washable but so as to maintain the shoe in it's best condition, it is advisable to wipe on it gently only.
Do not brush your shoe! Brushing of the shoes might wear off it surface.
How will you be packaging the items we ordered?
No worries. We will do our best to ensure that our items will be delivered to you safe without any damages or scratches.Click here to find out more.
Hey! I'm not located in Singapore. How am I suppose to place my order?
Kindly send us an e-mail indicating the item code, your location, name and contact e-mail. We are sorry but we will not be covering for the postage fees, the fees will be added to your bill.

When will my order arrives? (Singapore)
Registered Mail: 2 to 3 working days
Normal Mail: 3 to 5 working days
Do you do meet ups?
Sorry, but we do not do meet ups due to our tight schedules. Unless otherwise stated.
